The Administrative Services Department includes the town’s top-level management and staff that serve the organization.

The Financial Services Department manages all aspects of the town’s finances, including billing and collections for water and sewer service.

The Hillsborough Police Department is responsible for general public safety.

The Utilities Department prepares water for drinking and cleans used water for return to the environment. It also maintains pipes and infrastructure to deliver drinking water and transport wastewater for treatment.
